With more than a decade in ServiceNow, I have been the architect enterprises call when the platform has to carry the whole business, not one process. I have owned ITOM, CMDB and CSDM design at scale, set the enterprise architecture on top of it, and now lead how ServiceNow AI is governed and introduced into those environments.
